Delicious no-bake dessert to share with minimal ingredients!
Who doesn’t love a Biscoff cookie? This sweet, warmly spiced, caramel cookie is not just an iconic airplane snack! Here’s a three-ingredient no-bake dessert that will have your guests drooling for more. As a plus, it’ll be ready in no time!

All you’re going to need is:
- An 8×8 or 9×9 square baking dish
- Biscoff cookies (2-3 sleeves
- Heavy whipping cream (16-18 fl oz)
- Dulce de Leche (1 can)
* I used a 9×13 baking dish, as pictured
In a stand mixer, whisk together the dulce de leche and heavy whipping cream (start with 16 fl oz, and add more if you don’t want it to be too sweet). I also like to add about a teaspoon of vanilla and a pinch of salt, but this is an optional step.
Once the combination forms peaks, it’s ready for assembly! Start by spreading a thin layer of the whipped topping, and place the cookies to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Layer until you end up with the cream layer on top. Finally, decorate with crushed Biscoff cookies and cover / place in the fridge overnight. This will allow the cookies to soften and absorb any moisture. Scoop or slice and this easy no-bake dessert enjoy!

Disclaimer & Additional Ideas
Disclaimer: I didn’t have a square baking dish available, so I made it in a 9×13 dish. Since the dulce de leche whipped cream was not enough for the larger size, I made a simple whipped topping in the same mixing bowl with heavy whipping cream, a teaspoon of sugar, and a dash of vanilla for the last layer. Making it in the same mixing bowl allowed for any remnants of the dulce de leche whipped topping to mix in and add a bit of color and flavor. You can either do this or double the dulce de leche whipped cream measurements for this larger baking dish.
Some easy variations to this no-bake dessert:
- Dipping the Biscoff cookies in espresso prior to layering
- Adding cream cheese to the dulce de leche whipped cream
- Adding a layer of caramel or chocolate
